Emily Mobley is founder of Gray Nutrition, Cincinnati native, and Dietitian who has transformed 100’s of 1,000’s of lives through her 4-step Gray Method. The Gray Method was born out of Emily's own dieting journey and after years of Slim Fast, tons of cardio, and counting points, she realized there had to be a better way! Emily’s passion for simplifying nutrition, myth busting, and focusing on the system needed for weight loss have allowed her to become a pivotal asset in transforming people’s relationship with food and more importantly their relationship with themselves. Her mission for Gray Nutrition is to expand within the Cincinnati community and provide access to nutrition education, dietitians, and wellness resources so people can feel their best, prevent disease, perform at a higher level, and thrive within their family and professional life.
Jen's Bio:
Jen Fischer is a bookkeeper, and the owner of Numbers by Jen. Backed by years of former corporate experience, she's on a mission to help fellow moms and entrepreneurs finally understand their family finances and business bookkeeping. As a woman living in an ever changing and fast-paced world while working and running a family of four, she deeply relates to the stress of also managing money, on top of everything else. Her passion is in simplifying finances to make them approachable and fun. Money is notoriously black and white, and there are a lot of "experts" in the field, so Jen helps women sift through the noise and implement simple, effective plans. She loves connecting with clients through her casual, non-accounting-y approach and loves walking beside them on their journey to financial peace and freedom.
