Tammy Vilaboy, Tat2Marketing
Tammy is an experienced marketer with an extensive background in sales, management and entrepreneurship. As co-founder of TAT2 Marketing Group, she embodies the philosophy of “Big problems don’t require big budgets. They need big ideas.” And she’s got ’em! By helping business owners find their “story” and developing a brand through digital strategy, social media, traditional marketing channels and PR that breaks through the clutter…she found her passion. Over the past 22 years, she has worked as a successful Sales Executive/Trainer within the cosmetic industry and has innovatively navigated the broadcast, print and digital space as a media professional. Her success is fueled by strong relationships and she is known for “her ability to take a vision, maximize it and execute it.” She lives in Liberty Township with her husband and teenage daughter and enjoys eating out in Cincinnati, hanging out at Findlay Market and the craft brewery scene.
Mary Thress, Nothing Bundt Cakes
Mary Thress, part owner of Nothing Bundt Cakes in Mason. Our goal is to bring sweet joy to all who try our delicious cakes. I love what I do because I get to help the community support the fund raising needed for many charities, school programs and various other causes. By doing this I have been able to connect with so many amazing people. Out of the dozen bakeries in Ohio we are #1 in sales and we’re in the top 100 of the entire franchise of 383 bakeries.
In my free time I love to socialize with family and friends. I love to garden and rearrange my house! The beach is my happy place along with my home away from home, Nashville. I love music!

Brittney Frietch is a wife, mother of 3, and a highly recognized real estate agent and Team Leader in and around the Cincinnati area; with her Team’s office being located in Historic Downtown Loveland. Brittney earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Northern Kentucky University, which gave her a business savvy skill set that has helped her succeed in her Real Estate Career. Her fierce, independent, people first, and “never taking no for an answer” attitude has helped her grow her business organically from the ground up. Brittney has Sold over 25 Million Dollars in real estate which has landed her several highly sought-after awards including: the LMRCA Woman Owned Business of the Year award in 2019, CABR Circle of Excellence '19 & '20, OAR Presidents Sale's Club, RE/MAX Executive Club & 100% Club, Top 20 Agents on Social Media, and Rising Star Real Estate Award.
