This luncheon is led by Mary Starvaggi:
Mary Starvaggi has spent over the past 25 years as an etiquette consultant and communications specialist developing and delivering communication workshops and etiquette programs throughout the country. She is the founder of Etiquette Advantage which supports a vast range of clients, from medical office workers and administrative assistances to nurse practitioners, from doctors to lawyers, to college and university professionals and businesses, to elementary and secondary school students.
Currently, Mary is a National Speaker for AbbVie Pharmaceuticals, speaking to group practices and hospitals about productive interactions between patients and healthcare providers. The Etiquette Advantage programs are modeled on real-life applications, hands on interactive learning, role-playing and modeling behaviors.
