Seared Pork Tenderloin, grilled radicchio, roasted red grapes
Citrus Fennel Salad, apple, parmigiano reggiano
Zabaglione & Fresh Berries

• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student enjoys a taste of every dish
• A Deposit of $25 per person per class is required to confirm reservation; deposit will be taken off final bill.
• 7.0 % tax,  20% gratuity & beverages will be added to each bill.
• Menus subject to change due to deliveries.
