Join us for the August event in our Leadership Speaker Series! There are 4 generations in the current workforce--soon to be 5. Come to this engaging and interactive event where you will learn the best ways to communicate, manage conflict, discuss unique perspectives and contributions, and motivate and retain employees from all generations!
About the speakers:
Chris grew up in Springfield Ohio where he was varsity athlete. Afterwards he went to Ohio University to study Psychology before switching to business. He married his high school sweetheart and had two awesome kids. He worked in the High-Tech industry for 20 years and was almost exclusively in sales. He eventually grew tired of Corporate America and wanted to focus the rest of his career on helping others succeed. In 2002 Chris and his wife Debby purchased the East Cincinnati Express Employment Professionals territory. Over the last 15 years they have helped over 15,000 employees get back to work at over 400 local companies. He has grown his office from infancy be in the top 60 Express Franchises (out of 700) worldwide. On top of running his own office, with the help of his wife, he is also a developer/consultant to the other 8 Express Offices in the Cincinnati area. He is currently the number three developer in the country. He spends his growing amount of spare time, thanks to the great team he has built, hanging out at Coldstream CC, golfing, playing tennis, and swimming, as well as traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
Nick was born wearing a bowtie and nerdy glasses. He also went to school at Ohio University but did some time in Swansea University in Wales. During his time he bounced between Pre-med (Biology), Zoology, Wildlife Conservation, Recreation Management, and a few different business programs. This is one of the two reasons it took him five years to graduate. The other is because of beer. He finished with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management, where he finally found his passion. He has been with Express Employment Professionals for two years and recently became an uncle and a husband. In his very limited spare time, he is the Chair of Loveland Young Professionals, member at Rock Quest, and an active volunteer in his community.
