More About Doug Pace:
Doug’s professional career began in 1990 with Procter & Gamble where he held numerous roles in Sales, Finance, and Marketing.  Doug was National Sales Manager for a $100 Million business which became the fastest growing division in P&G globally.  Doug developed Market Strategies & Business Plans for $Billion Dollar businesses and new Channels for P&G such as eCommerce, and has successfully managed large and complex cross-functional teams and projects such as the acquisition of Gillette into P&G, one of the largest mergers in U.S. business history. 

Doug also possesses a passion for developing others and has promoted many in his organizations and has coached and trained hundreds of managers via Learning Forums and Diversity Networks.
He is a Certified Executive Coach, Speaker, and Trainer with the John Maxwell Team and founded the Cincinnati Leadership Institute who’s mission is to Help Leaders Lead - Themselves and Others to their full potential in all areas in their life. 

Doug is a Board Member at the Little Miami River Chamber Alliance, is an active member of St. Columban church.  He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration, and the University of Detroit Mercy with a Masters in Business Administration. 
He lives in Loveland and is married with three sons.
