The BWC requires any 2009 group-rated employer who has had one or more claims between January 1\, 2007 through December 31\, 2008\, to complete a minimum of two hours of safety training between July 1\, 2009 and June 30\, 2010.  The BWC also requires that training be documented or tracked.
