Loveland Avenue to Karl Brown Way. Motorists can expect traffic delays with intermittent closures of side streets along the parade route.Fireworks begin at dusk. At the conclusion of the fireworks\, motorists can expect intermittent road closures and traffic delays along Loveland-Madeira Road and West Loveland Avenue\, including the Paxton Bridge. To avoid the delays\, motorists can get to the eastern portion of Loveland by taking Branch Hill Loveland Road off of Loveland Madeira Road.
