SUMMARY:Leap Frog 5 Mile Run and Ride
DESCRIPTION:The race is approximately 5 miles and will incorporate 4 mandatory bike exchanges at designated points along the course where participants switch disciplines (from biking to running or from running to biking). At 3 of the bike exchanges there will be a challenge each team member must complete. Once the challenge is completed the person that just got off the bike may run on to the next stop while the person who is running comes up completes the challenge and rides the bike on. At the last challenge you must complete as a team and then run the last 1/2 mile to the finish line together. The team must only be together at the start of the race and from last challenge to the finish line.  The Leap Frog Run and Ride is being sponsored by Wards Corner Chiropractic & Sports Rehab and Loveland Canoe & Kayak\, as part of the Loveland Frog Festival bought to you by the Loveland Area Chamber of Commerce. The Loveland Area Chamber's annual pancake breakfast\, sponsored by Huntington Loveland Miamville Banking Office\, runs from 8:00 to 11:00 am.  Race participants registration includes a breakfast ticket.  Free childcare for race participants (during the race only) is being provided by the Loveland Ministerial Association. The Leap Frog 5 Mile Run & Ride and Loveland Frog Festival are being held in Nisbet Park in Historic Downtown Loveland.
