DESCRIPTION:Let the circles of Grailville's indoor Chatres Labyrinth quiet your mind and allow the divine to enter with Grailville's Sacred Path: A Labyrinth Workshop on Saturday\, February 9\, 2013 from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.\n\n\n\nWith guidance from Tracy Jo Duckworth\, a licensed massage therapist and certified Yoga teacher\, we will learn to use silence\, guided meditation\, prayer and movement to experience the sacred space of the Labyrinth. The labyrinth is used to deepen one's spirituality\, to reconnect to self\, to access intuition & creativity\, integrate body & spirit and bring about intimacy & community. Take this time to take the first stop on a path on a powerful tool that leads to the center of the Labyrinth and yourself.\n\n\n\nGrailville's Sacred Path: A Labyrinth Workshop is a part of the Sustaining Spirit Series\, that hopes to act as a catalyst and a resource for those engaged in spiritual search.
