SOLOMON\n\nFC Cincinnati Vice President of Community Relations\n\nFC Cincinnati Foundation Executive Director\n\n \n\n \n\nKate Solomon is FC Cincinnati?s Vice President of Community Relations and the Executive Director of FC Cincinnati Foundation. She joined the club in January of 2016\, ahead of its first season. During the club?s three years in the United Soccer League (USL)\, Kate led the marketing\, game presentation\, events\, and community outreach programs for FC Cincinnati. With the move to MLS\, Kate now oversees the strategic direction for and all community programming for the club\, including the launch and management of the FC Cincinnati Foundation which is set to reach a $1 million plus impact in its first year through youth programming and community engagement.\n\n \n\nFrom 2009 to 2015\, Kate was the premium seating services manager for the NFL organization\, handling accounts for the Bengals? suite holders. She created and led the implementation of two benefits programs that serviced premium and reserve ticket accounts\, an effort resulting in her team?s recognition by the NFL as ?Best in League? for Value and Benefits and Customer Service in 2014. She managed team events\, including the annual NFL Draft Party which grew in popularity to approximately 3\,500 attendees.\n\n \n\nIn addition to her time with the Bengals\, Kate spent a year with DeanHouston\, Inc.\, a Business-to-Business marketing company in Cincinnati before making the jump to the soccer pitch.  Kate received degrees in Marketing and Leadership from the University of Dayton and earned an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Xavier University. She is now an adjunct professor at her alma mater. Kate lives in Montgomery with her husband Stuart and son Jack.\n\n\n\n\n\nGuest Emcee:\n\nAnne Tabor\, Shine by Design \n\nAnne Tabor lives in Loveland with her husband of 30 years and three sons\, plus too many fur babies to comfortably mention. After a death experience\, she uses her second chance at life to show her clients how to stop living life in reaction and start living by design. Her business Shine by Design helps women embrace their SHINE both inside and out. Image is more than the clothing you wear. It's about feeling confident in how you move\, how you interact with others\, and the special vibrancy that is uniquely yours.
