Doug developed Market Strategies & Business Plans for $Billion Dollar businesses and new Channels for P&G such as eCommerce\, and has successfully managed large and complex cross-functional teams and projects such as the acquisition of Gillette into P&G\, one of the largest mergers in U.S. business history.  \n\n\n\nDoug also possesses a passion for developing others and has promoted many in his organizations and has coached and trained hundreds of managers via Learning Forums and Diversity Networks. \n\nHe is a Certified Executive Coach\, Speaker\, and Trainer with the John Maxwell Team and founded the Cincinnati Leadership Institute who's mission is to Help Leaders Lead - Themselves and Others to their full potential in all areas in their life.  \n\n\n\nDoug is a Board Member at the Little Miami River Chamber Alliance\, is an active member of St. Columban church.
