2nd Annual ChiliFest
St. Columban ChiliFest returns Saturday, January 26th, at St. Columban School cafeteria, 894 Oakland Road, lower lot. Meals are $5.00 each, or $25.00 max for the whole family, and will be served from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Spice up your gray January by sharing a delicious chili meal with your friends and neighbors. All are welcome.
The 2008 ChiliFest will award prizes in five categories. There is no entry fee, and to be judged, each entry must be two or more quarts of Chili brought to St. Columban School cafeteria between 4 pm and 5:15 pm on January 26th. The five Chili categories are: 1. Spiciest (yet edible), 2. Most Original, 3. Wild Game Chili (killed & cooked), 4. Firehouse Cook-off ( local firehouses offer their best Chili), and 5. Ministry Offerings ( community organizations serve up their favorite dishes). ChiliFest is for our Loveland community.
