Alexander Technique is a way to heighten awareness of how you move and to improve your overall coordination. It can be used to help with stress, chronic pain, arthritis, back problems, and posture problems. Claire Rechnitzer will introduce the history and principles of the Alexander Technique. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel or mat.
