Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Rosemary Nisbet Library on the grounds of the Greater Loveland Historical Society Museum. Invited guests include Governor Strickland, Rep. Jean Schmidt, and Representatives from the State, City & State Historical Society. Tours of the Rosemary Nisbet Library and renovated Bonaventure Museum. Light refreshments in the JoAnn Richardson History House.
