Grailville is pleased to announce its 2007 International Crèche Exhibit and Luncheon Series. Grailville is a retreat and program center located on 300 acres of woodlands, pastures and organic gardens near Loveland, Ohio. Each year the public is invited to view Grailville’s unique collection of over fifty Nativity scenes from around the world, including those by internationally known sculptor Trina Paulus. Mark the first Sunday of Advent, December 2, 2007, with an Exhibit Opening Celebration held on from 2-4 p.m. The Opening event will include songs, readings and a family art project. RSVP and materials donation requested.
The Advent season will continue with Grailville’s Crèche Luncheon Series held on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, December 11-14 and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, December 18-20. Additional days may be available for groups of 35 or more. A delicious holiday luncheon will be followed by a short presentation on the origin of the Nativity scene and the history and background of many of the Nativity sets in the Grailville International Crèche Collection. The cost for a luncheon is $15 per person; advanced reservations are required.
The Crèche Exhibit is open to the public at other times by appointment.
