Making Effective Decisions

8:30 am to 12 noon

 

Employees use videos and simulation to learn about universal decision making tendencies. Learners become familiar with standard decision making and ways to avoid pitfalls in decision quality.  They learn how to define desired outcomes and criteria and are introduced to techniques for gathering and interpreting information and generating alternatives.  Finally they review methods for communicating and implementing decisions, and they decide how to apply the concepts to real life situations.
