Leadership Training - Setting Performance Expectations

Participants learn about the importance of clear expectations and review the use of a model discussion planner.  They view sample videos and analyze a model of a leader setting behavioral expectations.  They discuss the importance of both positive and developmental feedback and review tips for tracking employee performance.  Group members develop solutions to address their own challenges back in the workplace.
