Meet the Candidates Night - Symmes and Miami Townships Board of Trustees

Meet the candidates running for Symmes Township Board of Trustees and Miami Township Board of Trustees.  All candidates who filed nominating petitions with the appropriate County Board of Elections are invited to attend.

The evening begins with a 3 minute statement by each candidate, followed by a question and answer session. Questions are submitted in writing to authorized personnel from the Chamber of Commerce.  The questions are read by a moderator to the candidates, who answer in a rotating format.  Debating between candidates or questions shouted from the floor will not be tolerated, as every effort will be made to ensure proper decorum.  Unanswered questions will be compiled by the Chamber of Commerce, and candidates will be given an opportunity to provide written responses which will be made public.

Meet the Candidates Night is an opportunity for the general public to hear candidates’ views and to pose questions.  There are no requirements for attendance and the public is invited free of charge.  The Loveland Area Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit agency dedicated to the support and promotion of the Loveland area.  Donations are always accepted.
