Charlotte (Barrett) Simons is a trailblazing leader in professional cheerleading, dedicating more than four decades to the Cincinnati Bengals organization and shaping generations of women through mentorship and performance. Beginning her journey as a cheerleader in 1974, she quickly rose to leadership roles, serving as captain at Miami University and later as Captain and Coordinator of the Ben-Gals. Since 1994, she has led the Ben-Gals as Director, where she has spent over 30 years empowering women to grow in confidence, discipline, and leadership both on and off the field. Charlotte’s impact extends beyond the sidelines through the Jr. Ben-Gals program, which she founded to mentor hundreds of young girls each year and create a lasting pipeline of strong female leaders. Through international military tours, community service, and decades of dedication, she has built a legacy centered on elevating women in cheerleading and using the platform to inspire, lead, and give back.

Guest Emcee: Jennifer Fritsch is a longtime radio personality and influential voice for women in media, with more than 20 years on air at Q102. Her career began with a leap of curiosity during college at Northern Kentucky University, where an internship sparked a passion that quickly turned into a profession. Over the years, she has built a reputation for authenticity, relatability, and connecting with audiences through both high-profile interviews and meaningful personal moments on air. As a working mom and media professional, Jennifer represents the balance of career growth and family life, using her platform to inspire and engage women navigating both. Whether behind the mic or at home with her family, she brings energy, honesty, and a strong sense of connection to everything she does.
