The Art of Living Retreat
This is a weekend of writing, visual and movement arts to help women from all walks of life reconnect with their "hand-made lives." The retreat is open to women at any (or no!) experience level in any of the art forms. The Art of Living will include time for individual and group creativity, rest and reflection, community-building and fun!
