Zen Meditation Retreat
This retreat offers both weekend and weeklong sessions. Led by Zen Master AMA Samy, the retreat includes time for silence, meditation, chi gong, optional Christian liturgy, private discussions with AMA Samy, and an introductory session for those new to Zen.
