Vendor Registration is now open; please note space is limited and registering does not guarantee your vendor spot, you will need to be accepted as a vendor from the event organizers to confirm your spot. If not accepted, you will be reimbursed your registration fee.
Experience a taste of Germany in Loveland at our upcoming annual community event! Join us for an authentic celebration featuring:
- Biergarten featuring Warsteiner: Enjoy refreshing Warsteiner beers, and drink tips support CancerFree Kids.
- Live Music: Featuring Oktoberfest's latest hits!
- Stein Hoist Competition: Test your strength and endurance in our Stein Hoist challenge.
- Lederhosen Competition: Show off your traditional German attire.
- Keg Tapping: Witness the ceremonial tapping of the keg.
- German Food and Flair: Indulge in delicious German cuisine and experience true German culture.
- Wiener Dog Race: A fan favorite! Calling all weiner dogs for a fun race on Saturday afternoon. Register your dog here!

FRIDAY, SEPT 25 | 4-10PM
4PM-10:00 PM Event Begins, Biergarten opens, Food Trucks & Vendors : Warsteiner, and DVD Brewery beer on tap, and domestics, wine & seltzers sold at Nisbet Park. Food options listed below. Stein Slide, Big 6 Wheel, and Beer Puppeteer!
4PM – 8:00 PM Kid’s Zone: Purchase a wristband for $5 which includes unlimited play time. There will be inflatable carnival games, a tall climb & slide, and check out the Who Dey Tiger jump & slide! Enjoy facepainting on site with incredible creations from Henna, to full face transformations.
Entertainment 4PM-6:00 PM: KRP in Zinzinnati (Gazebo) 6PM-10:00 PM: Polka Cola (Gazebo) 6:30-8:00PM: Stein Hoist “Masskrugstemmen” Competitions Prelims The pre-lims begin at local Restaurants and Bars the week before Oktoberfest—registration is available

4:00PM: Weiner Dog Race (new location this year: Hops & Berry Taproom) You won’t want to miss this! Come early to get a drink and good spot for the show. Got a weiner dog that wants to race? Register here!
5:30PM: Ceremonial Keg Procession and Keg Tapping all welcome (line up at Hops and Berry Taproom)
5:45PM-6:00PM: Stein Hoist Finals! (Conservancy Patio) Winners from each business come stein to stein to claim Stein Hoist King!
10:00PM: Event Ends
